For the Homebuyer: You will gain an education of the home, top to bottom, so that you will know exactly what you are buying. Upon completion of the thorough inspection of your future home, our inspector will provide you with a comprehensive computer generated evaluation of the (up to 1,600) items visually checked during the inspection. This will include items that have been found or that you may have noticed prior to the inspection. This information will help you to buy with confidence knowing that a true professional has carefully evaluated and inspected your future home.
There’s no need to wait for the information to be compiled and sent to you at a later date; the full, informative report will be printed and delivered to you before we leave the inspection. It also will include digital photos of relevant issues. For your convenience and that of your real estate professionals, the report can also be viewed via secure website or e-mail copy.
For the Sellers: a pre-listing inspection can detect previously unknown problems or potential upgrades that you wish to address prior to selling your home. Being aware of issues in advance will allow for disclosure of problems, which can result in smoother transactions for all parties.
For the Real Estate Professional: You can recommend Pillar To Post to your clients with confidence knowing that we offer professionalism and service that out performs our competition. We are E&O and General Liability insured, and this insurance covers your client and you as the referring party. Our inspectors are clean, respectful, and honest in the way they perform the inspection and work with clients.
